About
I am a multidisciplinarily trained bodyworker, movement teacher and educator. I can help you with muscular-skeletal tension, stress or anxiety, or help you improve your overall sense of well-being. I utilise a holistic approach, blending Eastern and Western bodywork techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, hot and cold stonework, craniosacral techniques, and trigger point therapy. This work is blended with movement, somatic work, breathwork and mindfulness.

Claire is excellent. As a neurodivergent person I have a lot of sensory issues and Claire is open to accommodating whatever I need. I struggle to switch off as my nervous system is stuck in hypervigilance, and Claire helps my body feel safe to relax. Her massages are one of the crucial ways I look after myself and I'm so glad I found her.

I have been seeing Claire for hot stones massage and treatment of chronic neck and shoulder pain. My pain levels have definitely reduced over time. Claire takes a holistic approach to pain and works with you to identify and treat the causes. Claire's knowledge of injuries and referred pain fills me with confidence. She is very instinctive with her massages and seems to know exactly which parts of my body need manipulation – I leave feeling like a new person! I have had a chronic shoulder condition for over a year and after only 3 sessions with her my range of movement, pain and function have improved tremendously. I would recommend her to anyone!
