Massage therapy can be a wonderful way to promote a sense of well-being and help with all those aches and pains that happen to our bodies when they are going through so much change!

After an initial consultation I will design a treatment with a holistic approach focusing on areas of tension you have identified.

You will be super comfortable either side-lying or semi-reclining and I have an array of pillows of all sizes to make you as comfortable as possible. Your treatment will be a calming experience and promote feelings of contentment and relaxation.

Movement 60 mins

A blend of Western and Eastern techniques, tailored for you to provide the most comprehensive bodywork I offer for treating chronic pain. This therapy employs a combination of evidence-based techniques including stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep and soft tissue manipulation, and Amma fusion - applied in a personalised and integrative manner. 

The objective is to reduce pain, enhance range of motion, improve posture, and promote relaxation and stress reduction over a period of six weeks. This is the first session which involves 20-30 mins consultation and assessment, followed by tailored bodywork.

Hot Stone Fusion Massage is the perfect way to unwind and recharge. This soothing treatment uses warm volcanic basalt stones - known for their ability to retain heat and deliver deep, comforting warmth. I will carefully place and glide these over your body, loosening knots, easing muscle tension, and promoting relaxation. 

The heat helps increase blood flow and encourages your muscles to release tension. Combined with myofascial release and trigger point work, this fusion treatment targets sore spots and leaves you feeling calm, refreshed, and energized.

Bodywork tailored to your requirements drawing on Eastern and Western techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, hot & cold stone work, trigger point work, mobilistions and MET.

Myofascial release (MFR) is a gentle but powerful form of physical therapy. 

MFR can help with stiffness, poor joint mobility, headaches, jaw pain, injuries, and plantar fasciitis. It can also be used to help release restrictions around scar tissue.

The therapy is performed without any oil or wax. It is a slow and very focused type of work. This work promotes a positive body-mind connection and can be highly powerful for chronic pain conditions.
