It is a quick, clothed massage performed in an ergonomic chair, targeting the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and scalp using acupressure points to relieve stress, boost energy, and improve posture - all without oils or removing clothes. I use a specific sequence (Kata) of pressure with my hands, thumbs, and elbows to stimulate energy flow along meridian lines, revitalising the body.
